We do plaintiffs’ personal injury and we have a focus on railroad personal injury number one that’s our real background is we do railroad work for railroad employees and their families all around the country. Actually, I’ve handled cases from Alaska to Florida, from Maine to California. I’ve been in every state of the union working except Hawaii. I’ve been to Hawaii but I’ve been working in every one of the states. So it’s railroad law, railroad personal injury under the Federal Employers Liability Act or under the Whistleblower Act, which is the Federal Rail Safety Act. And there are a number of different subsections of those but essentially, it’s personal injury, wrongful death, and discrimination and wrongful termination cases.

What I think makes our firm different than other law firms is, number one, experience. Our firm dates back to 1929, I’ve been doing this type of work personally at the same firm for over 40 years so experience is number one. Number two is our people. Everybody here cares about the clients and their interests. We don’t want to just handle cases we want to handle them the best way possible because we know that the type of cases that we handle are sometimes the biggest and most important challenge that people face in their lives and we have to do it right.

And the thing that really makes us happy is years later after the cases are done, to get postcards or calls or even visits from former clients telling us that they’re still happy. That’s what makes us different.
