Well, we believe that every DWI case is winnable. We just have to look hard enough to find the way to win. Wayne Gretzky says you miss 100 percent of the shots you never take, and we believe that’s the case with DWIs as well. There’s one sure way to lose a DWI case, and that’s to roll over and plead guilty. In most cases it doesn’t hurt a driver to challenge a DWI either on the conviction or the driver’s license case, so when we’re hired by a driver who’s been charged with a DWI, we fight aggressively. We leave no stone unturned. We get the videotapes, the audiotapes, the police reports. With breath test cases, we go to the lab and we get all the maintenance and calibration records. With blood and urine test cases, we do the same thing: we’ll go to the lab as well. If there’s a way to beat it, we’ll find it.
