Andrew Jezic: I think number one, our firm makes ourselves available to clients. We give our cellphones to every single client, we text clients frequently, we say there’s absolutely no problem in texting us on a Friday night, on a weekend, on a holiday/ We may not be able to respond immediately but we promise to respond within several hours at least with a text, so clients always feel connected to us.

I think number two is that we show the clients that we over preparing for their cases. We have law clerks and paralegals, assistants, and several attorneys on many cases so clients feel that there is no stone left unturned in their case.

And I think number three, it’s the level of skill. We bring our clients a lot of examples of our past success. We provide a lot of reviews from clients. We even put new clients in touch with old clients so that they know the level of service and the level of skill, the level of professionalism, and the level of commitment that we provide to every single client from the beginning all the way to the end of the case clients are going to feel that we’re giving everything we have to achieve their goals in their case.

David Moyse: One of the first things that someone should look for is a lawyer who listens. Patience, and time are extremely important in the beginning of the case because you need someone who is going to put individual attention into your case, who’s going to look at the individual facts and the individual needs and try and solve your unique problem.
