Well, we look at our historical data. So we’ve been practicing as a firm for 10 years, so we have historical data. We track it, we have metrics that we use. We have a sophisticated litigation system that we rely on. Even though every single case is unique and different, there certainly are some foundational pieces based on 33 years of experience we can predict.
And then the other way we budget, which is very important in this day and age, as so many of our cases are expert driven, and so what we do is we insist upon budgets from our experts because we have found that experts can result in exponential costs. So our job is to not only budget for ourself but to make sure that our experts are providing an appropriate budget and managing those budgets so that we do stay within our budget. And then we monitor it so if were hitting about 60 percent 6 percent of our budget we review it and find out why were there, and if we are actually at 66 percent of the case. So it’s very metric driven.
