Mark Lee is a legal advocate who assists individuals who have been injured or disabled in the Tampa Bay area, spanning from Citrus County in the north to Sarasota County in the south. Prior to pursuing his law degree, Mr. Lee worked as a paralegal from 2004 to 2011 and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health from the University of South Florida. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor and Health Law Certificate from the University of Tulsa College of Law, focusing on areas relevant to healthcare. Since 2014, Mr. Lee has established himself as a thorough, compassionate, and aggressive representative for his clients. He has been honored with numerous awards and distinctions, including being named a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2016 to 2022, a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, receiving an “Excellent” rating from Avvo, and being recognized as part of Florida Trend’s Legal Elite in 2021.
Mr. Lee takes a personalized approach to each client’s case, taking the time to understand their unique circumstances before developing a customized strategy to secure benefits, dispute a denial, or appear in a hearing. He is readily available to his clients to answer questions and provide advice when they need it the most. Mr. Lee’s dedication to his practice is evidenced by his membership in various groups, including The Florida Workers Advocates, Florida Bar’s Workers’ Compensation Section, and the Florida Justice Association. He has served as an at-large board member for the Florida Workers’ Advocates and is active in the local Tampa Bay Workers’ Compensation Inns of Court.
Apart from his legal work, Mr. Lee also volunteers his time to give back to the community. He has volunteered with various organizations such as Iron Gate of Tulsa, Volunteers of America, Metropolitan Ministries, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay. Currently, he is a regular volunteer judge with the Hillsborough County Teen Court program.
