Jim is a highly regarded lawyer who concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, compensation planning, asset protection planning, tax, and business planning for high net worth individuals, physicians, professionals, and business owners. He is also a chartered life underwriter, chartered financial consultant, and former certified public accountant.

Mr. Flick worked for twelve years as a certified public accountant before opening his law practice in 1993. During his career as a CPA, he spent eight years as a tax specialist with “Big Six” international accounting firms and four years running his own accounting firm focused on tax and business planning for privately owned businesses.

Leveraging his diverse educational and professional background, Mr. Flick provides his clients with comprehensive planning that takes into account the overall financial and tax implications of their legal issues. His training in accounting, insurance, and financial planning also allows him to communicate more effectively with clients and their professional advisors.
