Joseph Lesniak

Having practiced law since 2003, Joseph Lesniak spent the majority of his career as an assistant district attorney for the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office. Throughout his tenure, he rose to the position of chief prosecutor of the Special Victims and Domestic Violence Division, where he successfully prosecuted numerous high-profile cases.

In addition to his work as a prosecutor, Joe also served as the lead prosecutor for the Pennsylvania Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force. In this role, he trained and mentored prosecutors on the investigation and prosecution of online child predators and child pornography cases.

In 2012, Joseph founded his own law firm, where he utilizes his extensive experience to represent individuals facing serious criminal charges. By working with his firm, clients have access to a lawyer who possesses a deep understanding of how prosecutors and law enforcement agents develop cases.
