Adam Schreck

Adam Schreck is an Associate at Malecki Law in New York, having obtained his Juris Doctor from New York Law School with a focus on business and real estate law. During his studies, Adam excelled academically and specialized in areas such as Corporations, Commercial Law, and Derivatives Market Regulation.

While in law school, Adam gained practical experience through the Securities Arbitration Field Placement program at New York Law School. He also interned with Malecki Law for six months, where he actively contributed to drafting and reviewing filings for various arbitration and mediation proceedings. Additionally, Adam conducted research on contemporary securities law issues and made valuable contributions to the firm’s investor education blogs.

Adam further expanded his legal experience as an Estate Planning Summer Associate at McManus & Associates in New Providence, NJ. In this role, he worked on estate planning and wealth transfer matters for high-net-worth clients in both New Jersey and New York.
