Chelsea Williamson

In 2001, Chelsea S. Williamson was admitted to both the Missouri Bar and the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri. The following year, in 2002, she was also admitted to the Kansas Bar, the United States District Court for the District of Kansas, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.

Chelsea earned her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Kansas in 1997, before attending law school at the University of Missouri – Kansas City, where she obtained her law degree in 2001. During her time at law school, she was a member of the University of Missouri – Kansas City Law Review.

Over the years, Chelsea has been an active member of multiple bar associations, including the American Bar Association, Missouri Bar, Kansas Bar Association, Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, Johnson County Bar Association, Kansas City Bankruptcy Bar Association, and American Bankruptcy Institute. She has also served on the Bench Bar Committee for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Kansas and the Bankruptcy Ad Hoc Committee for the Western District of Missouri.

In addition to her involvement in various bar associations, Chelsea frequently speaks at seminars and events such as the Missouri Bar Annual Bankruptcy Institute, the American Bankruptcy Institute Annual Midwestern Bankruptcy Institute, and various Kansas City Bankruptcy Bar Association seminars. She also dedicates her time as a member of the Legal Aid of Western Missouri Voluntary Attorney Project.
